I met up with Nadia, mother to be Rip, and Rip’s sister Ducati last fall to dabble in equine photography. I fell in love with this type of session. Rip’s baby belly is just starting to show in the first session as you can see. And in the fourth image you can see she is starting to show more at her shower this winter. I was invited back to take newborn photos of little Sailor. Look at how big he is at 1 month! In these images he has the longest legs and neck, almost looking like a little giraffe. He has so much personality it is contagious. Little Sailor is the gem of the family. He has a proud mama and auntie. He also has the best owners, Nadia and Mike.
I knew my friend Millie would make the perfect model for a golden hour photo shoot near my favorite willow and golden hour path. She is one of those natural beauties. Tall and slender with gorgeous blond hair. I couldn’t wait for her to get in front of my camera. A few days before the session she asked me if her gorgeous friend could join the session and I gladly agreed. Not only did she bring me the most fabulous model, she was amazingly photogenic. And equally gorgeous with her dark hair and tiger colored eyes. Here are some of my favorite images from our golden hour beauty session.
Seriously, I have met one of those sweet and perfect babies. This dapper little gentleman stole my heart a few months ago. He was a surprise guest at a ladies event I hosted and he sparked a bit of baby fever in me. He did not cry once while he was visiting. He was full of smiles. And this is when I just knew that this precious child needed to sit for a gentle-baby session. Here are a few images from our mini session.
On this lovely sunny Sunday morning, Super E is busy stealing hearts. Bad guys beware, his super powers of cuteness will melt anyone who stands in his way. After a morning of finding tractors, saying hi to the dogs in the neighborhood, we took a break under the willow tree. Here we were able to get some sweet family photos and even a smile or two from our superhero.
